The President was a Survivor and a minor antagonist.
Appearance[]
The President is a fairly tall man with blonde hair and black beard. He wears a suit and jacket.
Personality[]
The President is a sadistic and deceitful individual, he uses a Mask sealed with a tape to fool his victims and wanting to use the Mask as well into experimenting them.
Abilities[]
- High Intellect: The President has a meticulous plan into luring both Yuri and Mayuko with the help of his subordinates. He is also aware of the Mask's properties and used a packaging tape to seal its coding, preventing him from being controlled by it.
Plot[]
The President orders his people to lure Yuri into his room. When it was revealed that he was a disguised Mask, Yuri attempted to open fire but she was incapacitated when Tsukino uses a stun gun to knock her down. They were planning in putting the Mask on her as a "guinea pig".
However before they could do so, the Rider Mask appears and kills his men. He was then punched by the Rider Mask, piercing his abdomen and killing him in the process.
